4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
